If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Policy
We ship to the United Kingdom ONLY. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
4.2 Risk of Loss
All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy
If you change your mind after ordering we can amend your order before it is shipped out. To amend an order you can do so by contacting us via email hello@happysmithgifts.com within an hour of your order confirmation.
For incorrect, damaged or missing items, contact must be made within 14 days of your order delivery. Requests made after this time will not be investigated.
To refund an order the items must be returned in the original packaging within 28 days of your order. No items must be missing and everything must be in the same condition it was sent. You will incur the postal cost of the return label.
5.2 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within [number] days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
8. Products & Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
Build Your Own Boxes
We reserve the right to cancel your order if your order is not clear or requires more than 2 amends. HappySmith build your own boxes are limited to the individual products provided on the Shop page. Do not request items from a Ready-To-Go box as this will be denied. All products available and purchased through the Build-Your-Own page will be packaged together in one box. If you require multiple boxes, please make multiple purchases or include clear instructions in the message section of the checkout. If your order is unclear, we will contact you via the email address provided. If we do not get a response within 5 working days, we will cancel your order.
Additional Products
If you purchase a Ready-To-Go gift box and purchase additional items, the additional items will be packaged in another giftbox unless specified otherwise. We endeavour to make this process as simple as possible but if we are unclear about your order, we will contact you via the email address provided to confirm. If we do not hear back from you within 5 working days, we will cancel your order.
7. Limitation of Liability
